One thing that bugs me is the Spotify links, I'd prefer actual podcast website or google podcast (since is it is free), but that's just me being selfish :)
Not sure if there is a podcast agregator that just gives an option to open in the prefered app.
1) At the bottom of http://www.emergingmarketskeptic.com/ - I have a bunch of links to EM/FM blogs, newsletters, magazines, newspapers, research firms etc.

Another resource that i have learnt of, basis your Monday links: Wickham Hill, their under the radar updates are quite interesting.
