Swire Pacific B-share, Uni-Charm Indonesia, Chinese cloud industry and Chris Wood
I just published a report on Hong Kong conglomerate Swire Pacific’s B-share. The company owns commercial properties in Hong Kong and mainland China. Hong Kong office and retail rents have come down over the past few years due to a lack of tourism to Hong Kong and employees working from home during COVID-19. Swire Pacific now trades at a significant discount to its sum-of-the-parts. And the company has started to buy back shares.
I published a report on Hong Kong conglomerate Swire Pacific’s B-share (87 HK- US$3.4 billion)
I wrote about Uni-Charm Indonesia on the Lone Wolves Substack (UCID IJ- US$312 million)
